Applied AI that compounds business impact.

We help established companies turn AI into performance the board can see: revenue that grows faster, cost that comes down, and an organisation that moves at a speed it could not reach before. We work inside your business, with your people, on the problems that decide your results.

The value is never in the technology. It is in what the business does differently the day after.

So we start from your P&L rather than from a tool. Which line moves, by how much, and what has to change in the way the work is done for that to hold once we are gone.

The problem

Most AI investment never reaches the P&L.

Spending is up across every sector we work in. Measurable performance is not. Three failures account for almost all of it.

01

It is aimed at the wrong problem

Programmes begin with a technology somebody saw demonstrated, not with the parts of the business where cost and growth are actually decided. The technology works. It changes nothing.

02

It stops at proof of concept

A pilot clears the steering committee and then meets real data, real volume and people who are already behind. Most never reach daily use, and the investment is written off as learning.

03

The organisation never changes

Nobody redesigns the process, the roles or the incentives around it. The old way quietly continues alongside the new tool, and the only certain result is the cost of both.

How we work

Three stages, and a number attached to each one.

You can stop after any stage and keep everything it produced. We would rather earn the next one.

01 · Two weeks

Diagnose

We sit with your operators and your numbers and identify where AI changes the economics of the business. You get a ranked value map: each opportunity sized in money, the effort to capture it, and the order to take them in. If AI is not your constraint, we tell you that instead.

You get: a ranked value map, each opportunity sized, a recommendation you can act on
02 · Eight to twelve weeks

Deliver

We take the first opportunity all the way into daily use: the process redesigned around it, the technology integrated with what you already run, and your team trained while the work happens rather than after it. Fixed fee, fixed scope, no platform to license from us.

You get: the capability live and in use, documentation, full access, a trained internal owner
03 · Ongoing

Scale

The second opportunity costs less than the first, because the data access, the integrations and the internal confidence are already there. We extend what worked into the next process and the next unit, and build the internal capability to keep going without us.

You get: performance tracked against the agreed number, quarterly review, the next opportunity delivered
Industries

Where we work.

Sectors where revenue per employee is high and the work that decides margin is still done by people reading, checking and typing. Choose yours to see where the value sits.

We also work case by case in hospitality and multi unit food, staffing and recruiting, private aviation and marine brokerage, specialty insurance, and franchise groups. If your margin depends on documents, licences or appointments, the answer is usually yes.

Principles

How we think about the work.

You are buying judgment about where not to spend, as much as delivery.

We start at the P&L, not the technology

The first question is which line moves and by how much. If we cannot connect the work to a number your CFO already reports, we do not take it on.

We change the work, not only the tooling

Software laid over an unchanged process returns nothing. We redesign how the work is done first, then apply AI to what is left, which is where the economics actually shift.

We build your capability, not your dependency

Your people are in the room while the work is delivered, and we hand over the documentation, the access and a trained owner. If you need us to keep it running, we did it badly.

Regulated decisions keep a person accountable

In health, insurance, lending and hiring the machine drafts and flags, a named person decides, and the reasoning is recorded in a form a regulator can read. Your data stays yours, in writing.

What we will not do

The short list

  • Recommend a platform we hold a commercial interest in.
  • Deliver a proof of concept with no route into production.
  • Automate a process that should be removed instead.
  • Bill you for the time it takes us to learn your industry.
  • Leave behind something nobody inside your company can run.
Proof

Every engagement is measured, and the measure is published.

The business metric is agreed before the work starts, not chosen afterwards to flatter the result. Case records follow the same structure so they can be compared honestly.

Case record 01

Reserved

  • Sector and company size
  • The process before
  • What we changed
  • The number, before and after
  • Time to first value
Case record 02

Reserved

  • Sector and company size
  • The process before
  • What we changed
  • The number, before and after
  • Time to first value
Case record 03

Reserved

  • Sector and company size
  • The process before
  • What we changed
  • The number, before and after
  • Time to first value
Fit

Where we are useful, and where we are not.

A good fit

  • Revenue between roughly ten million and five hundred million.
  • Cost or growth constrained by work people still do by hand.
  • A senior sponsor who can change how the work is done.
  • Willing to redesign a process, not only to buy software.
  • Comfortable being measured on a number agreed in advance.

A poor fit

  • The goal is a proof of concept for the board rather than a change in performance.
  • AI has to appear in a press release this quarter.
  • No executive owns the outcome once we leave.
  • The process is the problem and it is not allowed to change.

Diagnose

Fixed fee, two weeks

A ranked value map with each opportunity sized. Credited against delivery if you proceed within ninety days.

Deliver

Fixed fee per opportunity

Scoped from the diagnostic. One capability live in eight to twelve weeks, with your team trained on it.

Scale

Monthly retainer

Performance tracking, capability building and the next opportunity. Cancellable on thirty days, because it should earn its place.

Questions

What executives ask us on the first call.

Do you replace our IT team or our agency?

No. We work alongside them and hand over the documentation, the credentials and a trained internal owner at the end of every engagement. If your team can run it without us, the engagement worked.

Whose infrastructure does this run on?

Yours, wherever the data is sensitive. We deploy inside your cloud tenancy or a private environment in your name. You hold the keys and the commercial relationships with the underlying providers.

Will our data be used to train models?

No. Your files, calls and records are not used to improve any vendor model, and the restriction is written into the engagement agreement rather than promised on a call.

What if the diagnostic says do nothing?

Then that is what we report, and you keep the value map. Two weeks and a fixed fee to avoid a six figure mistake is a good outcome, and we would rather tell you than sell you the next stage.

How quickly can we start?

Usually two to three weeks from the first conversation, depending on how quickly we can get access to the people who actually do the work.

Do you work in Hebrew and other languages?

Yes. What we deliver works in the languages your customers and staff actually use, including Hebrew, Spanish and French, and we work across North American and Israeli time zones.
